Bonjour, je dois céder ma chambre le plus tôt possible, je vais habiter avec mon copain. Donc ça peut être au début décembre, janvier ou même février et ce jusqu'au 30 juin. L'appartement est situé dans le village gay. À deux pas de la station Beaudry (ligne verte) et à 10 minutes à pied de la station Berri-UQAM. Près de la vie urbaine montréalaise de la rue Ste-Catherine. C'est un 4 et demi, tout équipé, internet, électricité, eau chaude inclus. La cuisine est fraîchement rénovée et équipée. et balcon arrière adjacent aux autres appartements du bloc. Bon pour une complicité entre jeunes travailleurs et étudiants.
Partage de laveuse-sécheuse avec le reste des occupants de l'appartment.
La chambre comprend : un lit, une armoire avec pôle pour support, une commode large avec deux tirroirs, un bureau et une chaise d'ordinateur.
510$/ mois ... possibilité de 410$ en étant responsable de sortir les poubelles la semaine! (ça vaut la peine).
L'autre locataire est un charmant jeune travailleur de 28 ans, travailleur, très ordonné, gentil, calme et paisible prêt à partager ce bel appartement avec quelqu'un de tout aussi charmant!! :)

Hello, I have to leave that beautiful apartment because I want to move with my boyfriend. As soon as possible , so for December, January and it could be for February to the end of June. The apartment is based right into the Village, near Beaudry and Berri-Uqam Metrostation. The neighbourhood is pretty nice. Near the vibe of Ste-Catherine St. It's a two bedroom all furnished (Wi-fi, electricity, water, oven, fridge, couch,etc). The kitchen has been recently renovated and the balcony is connected to neighbour's balcony at the back. Good for young workers and students.
Sharing the same washer and dryer with other occupants of the building.
The bedroom has : a bed, a desk & a chair, a drawers and a cupboard.
510$/ month, could be 410$ being in charge of putting garbage and recycling on the street. (Easy task that worths the 100$)
The other room is rented by a charming worker of 28 years old. He is really nice, calm, peaceful, and cleaned. he is ready to share that beautiful apartment with you!!! :)
