Hi!
We are looking for a roommate (or 2) to fill a room in our spacious, 2-bedroom apartment, in Brighton. We are right on the B line and minutes away from restaurants, parks and shops. We live in a really friendly neighborhood, mostly students and young professionals. We are a couple, 22 and 23 years old and we're pretty chill to live with. We like cooking, movies, art, and have people over occasionally but we're not really party people. We'd prefer no cigarette smoking in the apartment, but are 4/20 friendly. Also pets are welcome, but the building charges a $50/month fee.
1050/month- heat and water included! Move in date is Sept 1.
To move in, our landlord requires last month rent plus a security deposit (2050 total)
