room near metro Jean-talon! flexibles dates (may)-june-july-august

Je cherche à sous-louer MA CHAMBRE temporairement (lit queen). Je suis très flexible pour les dates : (mai)-juin-juillet-août (possibilité d'allonger ou de raccourcir la durée). :D :D

L'appartement est très bien situé dans Villeray (à 20 minutes du plateau et du centre-ville),3 grandes chambres, un salon, une grande cuisine, 1 petite salle de bain et 2 balcons.

Ma chambre a une belle vue sur la cours-arrière. Pour les amateurs de cuisine internationale, il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés à 5 min à pied!! Le prix inclus l'hydro, le loyer et l'internet.

i am looking for someone to rent MY ROOM during the month of (may)-june-july and august : but I am flexibles for the dates! It is possible to rent earlier and longer. The appartement (5 1/2) has 3 rooms, 1 small bathroom, a big kitchen and 1 living room.

The room has a nice view on the backyard. There are 2 balconies and the appartement is very well situated in Villeray ( 20 minutes from Downtown and the Plateau). There are many excellent restaurant and cafés 5 min walk from the apartement (5 1/2).

Excellent place to stay during the summer!! (The price includes hydro and internet as well as the rent)
