Hey Guys! I will be leaving my apartment and I am looking for someone to sublet my master bedroom for the remainder of the lease. I plan to move around the end of March or beginning of April, but the time is negotiable. The apartment is located in East Boston about a mile from Maverick Station (blue line) which brings you downtown in only one stop. There is a bus that runs from our street to the station but if you have a car there is also free street parking on all streets for residents. The room that's available is beautiful open and sunny with 3 large windows and located right off the kitchen across from the bathroom. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. There is a full closet in the room. The apartment was just completely redone the year we moved in and has all new kitchen appliances as well as a washer/dryer in the bathroom. We also have a decent sized fenced in backyard with a patio and firepit that we recently finished landscaping. Rent for each month is $766. Utilities run between $80-$100 per month depending on the season and this includes cable.

Due at move in: 1st months rent and security deposit of $734

Must haves for our new roommate:
Female (sorry guys) preferably in mid to late twenties
No Undergraduate students
Sociable! We love to hang out and chat after work
Must be neat, we've worked very hard to make our apartment a nice home and like to keep it clean :)
