WHO WE ARE: You'll be joining four guys, 24-25 with degrees from respected universities, working jobs at places ranging from a chemical company to the UN. We are respectful and friendly and love meeting new people. Not a party-host-every-weekend place, but we know how to get after it. Wide ranging interests from music to fashion to sports and food. A good group of dudes.

WHO ARE YOU: Respectful and friendly, relatively young, either male or female, looking to live in a great apartment at a great price.

YOUR ROOM: Currently unfurnished save a small couch, a large mirror and a hanging rack for clothing. Plenty of room to customize as you like. Some non-noisy pipes on the ceiling -- about 20 feet up.
