We're 2 students looking for a couple of people to move into a room we have available in our townhouse apartment (meaning 2 floors!) as soon as possible. Closest you can get to UMass Boston and just a short walk to JFK station on the red line, giving you quick access to anywhere in the city - plus we're extremely clean, respectful, & fun guys to live with!
Rent is $625/month plus $25 in utilities/month - cheapest rate you'll get for a place of the size, convenient, having everything you need in walking distance, and cozy, being in a beautiful and safe area!
