The apartment is about 5 minutes from 30 Av Station on the the N/Q subway line which will get you to midtown in 20 minutes. Your bedroom is 8' 6" x 13' 10", with a 5' closet. That's large enough for a queen bed and a small desk or easy chair. There is a brand new air conditioning unit in the room. The room has a view of a row of quiet back yards.

The rest of the apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, a washroom, and a large kitchen (and my bedroom). Everything is recently rennovated.
