Room In Quincy near Red Line

I have one room available in my 4 BR house starting in March.
- Rent is $620 (utilities not included)
- Utilities include Gas, Electric and Internet (we have the best internet package Comcast offers, no cable though). Utilities generally cost $60-$100 a month, depending on the heating bill.
- Room dimensions are roughly 12’x13’
- We’re roughly half a mile from the Quincy Center T station
- Washer and Dryer in unit, non-coin op.
- We have a two-car driveway, but on street parking is free and widely available.
We’re a household of two guys and one girl, all in our early-mid 20s. Two of us are college grads (Chemistry and Engineering) and one student (@Northeastern studying Architecture). Similarly aged candidates with similar preferences preferred. Preferably no couples. No pets please! LGBTQI friendly.
