The May 1st to September 1st thing is negotiable. Possibility of staying longer, or for not as long.

We are two women in our mid-twenties, and a cat. Everything is included in the rent (high-speed unlimited internet, washer/drier, hydro).

My roommate likes to hang out with friends and she makes amazing ginger tea (which I'm drinking right now). I like to chill in my room and draw. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, queer friendly.

Also we have an awesome courtyard.

Also we're a 7 minute walk from Mont-Royal metro, a minute from 97 bus stop, 10 minutes from Segal's, 10 minutes from both Parc LaFontaine AND Parc Mont-Royal. Bars, restaurants, so many vegan restaurants I can't keep track.
