Room in exposed brick loft

Hey!

A room is available in a 4 bedroom sunny loft that is in between the Gay Village, the Old Port, Quartier Latin and Downtown. 2 minute walk to Beaudry metro, 5 minutes to Berri-Uqam metro. There is an IGA, Rachelle-Bery, SAQ, Pharmprix and tons of cool brunch spots 2 minutes from the apartment!

You'll be sharing with 3 chill and respectful roomies (2 girls/1guy)

Internet is $10/month and utilities usually are about $40 every other month.

Furniture includes: bed, wardrobe, small dresser, clothing rack (if you would like it) the desk in the photos isn't included. We can negotiate if you're interested in any of the pieces!

If you were looking to move in before April 1st, it's not a problem!!
