Room in Bedstuy, Brooklyn

Hi everyone,

My roommate and I will have a room available starting on Aug 1st. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in signing a 1 year lease which both of use are planning on renewing.

Our apartment is a 3 bedbroom, 1 bath and Kitchen/living room. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood filled with young adults (college and professional) and also families.

LOCATION:
Were located near the famous G line. One is located on Myrtle - Willoughby Av and the other is on Bedford - Nostrand Avs. Both stops are about a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
There is also grocery stores, deli shops, parks, laundry mats, bars,and tons of restaurants around the neighborhood.

LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone who is responsible, easy going, and doesn't bring the party back to the house. Both of use are full time professionals so were hoping you are the same.

RENT:
The rent is $925 not including utilities.
Utilities is split 3 ways which comes around $21 per person. Those include internet and gas/electricity.

Unfurnished
Double windows
Large closet
Lots of natural light
Room can fit a queen bed (possibly King) with dresser

PS: My apologies for the room being messy in the pictures. Our roommate who is leaving is packing up to move out so this is just an idea of what can be added to the room.
