Room in Beautiful, Affordable Apt in Bed Stuy

Hi there! We are looking for a roommate to join us in our gorgeous five bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy. Here are some of the awesome features:

• Just around the corner from the A,C, J, Z, and L trains as well as many buses and the LIRR. Takes just about 25 minutes to get into Manhattan.
• The apartment is the top two floors of a two family building.
• There are one and a half bathrooms
• Really nice deck in the back
• Great security system
• Common areas are fully furnished
• Your room will have a WALK-IN CLOSET
• We also have roof access but don’t really use it.
• The landlord is really nice and responsive.
• Utilities end up being around 80ish a month. Includes internet and cable.
• The room is ONLY $750 a month!!!

We are looking for a roommate who is a young professional or just generally someone who isn’t going to be home 24/7. About us, there are three girls and one guy, all in our mid-20s. We are all professionals and/or students. We are friendly with each other, but all are mostly quiet or out of the apartment a lot. We’re pretty neat and like to keep the apartment clean.
