Room in Astoria, starting december 1st
Place to live in NYC (Astoria, 42nd and Ditmars), Looking for a roommate starting December 1st. The neighborhood is fantastic. A laundromat with late hours and cheap wash-n-fold and a 24 hour bodega 50 are feet away. There are great grocery stores, great bagels, great coffee, great greek food, great bakeries, and a good independent gym (matrix) all super close. It is also walkable to Bohemian Hall, 30th Ave, and Astoria Park. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen (not huge but totally functional) and good common space with a TV and cable. The room is furnished with a dresser, desk, shelves, and a bed. There is no closet, but there is a little space to hang a few things. It is $850/mo with $150 deposit.
