I'm Jessica, young European as well and I'm arriving beginning of March in NYC to work.
I've lived in Clinton Hill last year and love it! Your apartment looks amazing and it would be nice to have several roommates.
I will be in NYC for at least a year. Would it be possible or are you only looking for short-term renting?
