I’m a 3rd year student (Computer Science - Concordia) and looking for a roommate! I’m not a complicated guy, expat bilingual (english/french speaking) and looking for someone who is in a similar situation.
This is for a fully furnished 4 1/2 condo/apartment ( 2 bedrooms / 2 baths) at $975/month/person + $80 per month for utilities (Shared lease transfer)
What’s included:
Fully furnished, kitchen equipment, dishes, pots & pans.
Storage Locker
Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and AC in unit
The bedroom is about 11 x 11 with a lot of natural light, a big closet and private bathroom. The room is including a queen size bed, nightstand, curtains.
Balcony with a beautiful night city view.
Indoor parking is now available upon request to the landlord with a monthly ($100) extra charge.
