Room in 8 bedroom house available for lease takeover, lease ends at the end of August 2016. There are 4 bathrooms and a kitchen/common area you share with the tenants of the other rooms. The other tenants are all students, and would prefer student roommates. The house has been recently renovated and comes unfurnished with eh exception of a small wardrobe in each room. House is very close to the major universities downtown, about 20 mins to Ryerson, 5 mins to the U of T Campus, 10mins to OCAD. It's also close to the AGO, Kensington Market, Chinatown and shopping on Queen St. 10 mins to Queens Park subway, and there is a streetcar stop at Cecil/Spadina, Spadina/College and Dundas/Beverly, they go to UofT, Union Station and Ryerson U.

Utilities Included plus there is a lady that cleans all common areas and bathrooms once a week and laundry in the building. High-speed internet is not included but is 5-15$ a month through a shared plan with the roomates or you can purchase your own.
