Room for rent in logan square condo

I have a room for rent in a 2 bed/2 bath condo. There is a large walk in closet in the room. You would have your own bathroom.
The room is not be furnished but the rest of the condo is (you can bring some furniture if you desire).Condominium has a large kitchen, great living room with fireplace, an office, and a balcony. Kitchen has granite countertops, island, and stainless steel appliances. Apartment has hardwood floors throughout. There is central air and heat. There is an in unit washer/dryer. Located in a great neighborhood with a good amount of restaurants and bars around. 10-15 min walk to blue line. Cats or small dogs are allowed with a pet deposit.

We would split utilities which should come out to 60-80 a person.

July 1st move in with 12 month lease.

Gated parking is available for 100 more a month or street parking is available.

* note the pictures are from when I bought the condo - my furniture will be different.
