room for rent in chinatown/LES - females only.

I have a room in chinatown by east river (away from the busy area of chinatown ) in a 4 BR apartment and 1.5 bathrooms. Looking for a single FEMALE professional with a steady income, or college student with a guarantor . There's security in this elevator building , easy trash disposal as trash chute is right outside of our apartment, and laundry is within our apartment. The room comes furnished with a twin bed and working desk, and lamp. It also has one big window. Shared bathroom , shared living room and dining room. Utilities are all included . There's central AC in every room which would be an additional 50 dollars a month (only summer times) . I need income proof, security deposit and one month rent to move in. Closest to F train at East Broadway station which is one block away. M15 and m22 right outside. Walking distance from financial district and next to the main area of Chinatown. Monthly rent is 1250 dollars.
