Room Available Packard's Corner

Room available for female professional or grad student in my 2 bedroom apartment in Packard's Corner, Allston. The room is available starting June 1st, and is available until Aug 31st 2016 (optional continuation until Aug 31st 2017). The apartment is bright and cozy with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a livingroom/diningroom and kitchen. It is the first floor (!) and there is free on-street parking in front of the apartment. There is laundry in the basement. I currently have an AC and internet/cable. Heat and hot water are included, so the only utilities we have to pay is electricity and internet/cable (~$75 per month). The rent is $937.50 per month. The apartment is on Comm Ave, steps away from the Packards Corner T stop (and 57 and 66 bus lines), and Shaws, BFresh, and Super 88, as well as the main bar area in Allston. Great for BU grad students or young professionals. I am looking for a woman in mid 20s or older to take the room. I am a female BU grad student who is quiet and neat (and I have a cute cat!). The room has a futon, desk and closet.
