Hey ! Ma coloc reprend ses études à plein temps et doit quitter son job. Donc, comme elle ne pourra plus payer le loyer on cherche quelqu’un qui pourrait la remplacer d’ici fin décembre
Le prix de la chambre est de 512$,
+ 43 l'hydro.
+ 23$ pour l'internet. Donc, un TOTAL de 578$.
Tout est meublé, SAUF la chambre.
Il est à 7 minutes à pied du métro Frontenac et Préfontaine. Également à proximité de plein de magasins et épiceries comme Maxi, Pharmaprix, Mcdonald, IGA, Canadian Tire, etc...
J’ai deux chats et un lapin !

My roomie is going back to uni full time and has to quit her job. So she won’t be able to pay the rent anymore and that’s why we’re looking for someone to replace her by the end of December !
The cost is 512$
+ 43$ for hydro
+ 23$ for the wifi. So a total of 578$.
Everything is furnished EXCEPT the room.
7 mins away from the subway station Frontenac and Prefontaine. It's close to a bunch of shops like Maxi, Metro, McDonald, IGA, Pharmaprix, Canadian Tire, etc ...
I also have 2 cats and one bunny.
