Room available June 1st, next to Golden Gate Park !

Hi! We are looking for someone to fill a room in our beautiful Richmond apartment! We are 3 females in our 20's and looking for someone w/ a lifestyle similar to ours. Ideally you are someone who works or studies full-time and wants a quiet and clean home to come home to. The room is pretty big w/ hardwood floor, has a window that looks out onto the street, and has a really crazy old, beautiful dresser that comes with it (came with the house when we moved in). The living room and kitchen area are furnished and come with a built in breakfast nook and brand-new appliances. Really nice, new washer and dryer as well! And there is a huge backyard and golden gate park is right around the corner. 1st months deposit and rent will be required for move in. Looking for move-in June 1st! All backgrounds welcome!
