Room available in Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve

We are two chill roommates looking for a third roommate to join us in our spacious 6 1/2 apartment. Rent is $360 a month ($1080 total) plus utilities. The room size is 8'x8' with a closet. Apartment includes all appliances, plus a dishwasher, microwave and Instant Pot/Air Fryer. There is a television in the communal room. We are on the third floor and have two balconies. Bathtub/shower is included in the bathroom.

We are cat friendly, queer positive and pro vax, looking for a roommate who can match our vibes. Looking for Oct 1st, move in date is negotiable.

We are located in Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, 1 KM from Viau station, near several grocery stores and have lovely bike paths and parks for you to enjoy.
