Room available in great appartement Guy-Concordia

Hi Montreal people !!!
I have to leave my great furnished room (desk, night table, closet, bed, standing lamp, and so on) with balcony in a great appartment. So I’m looking for someone to replace me in our nice flat share and to live with my wonderful international roommates :
Halina from Slovakia , who's heading for her master's degree at McGill
Umberto from Italy, who’s doing a Phd in Psychiatry at Concordia
Wadhah from Tunisia who’s doing a master's degree at UDEM
The appartement's location is perfect: 1947 Boulevard Maisonneuve Ouest ( downtown). It's really near everything: pharmaprix, jeancoutu, dollarama, P.A, bars, nice restaurants and metro Station Guy-Concordia ( green line) are all within few minutes walking.
The appartement has a great living room, a beautiful kitchen , a bathroom, a washer and a dryer . The price is 510 $ including the heating. You have to add electricity and internet (30-40 $ extra)
Our way of living :
We love life and we also love sharing more than just bills. We like to chill , have a beer, nice discussions, and eat together sometimes. But at the same time we respect each other's privacy.
