Room available in gorgeous East-end Leslieville house with 2 awesome roommates

A room has become available in our beautiful apartment and we are looking for a great roommie to join us.

The rent is $775 per month with EVERYTHING included (Internet, electricity, heating).

Move in is for Feb 1st (can also move in a bit earlier!) This is for a 6-month sublet with the possibility of extension.

The Roommates:

We are 2 outgoing working professionals in our late twenties. We are both Toronto natives and love our city: we are always checking out new festivals, restaurants, and bars that are always springing up. We have definitely left our wild party days behind us, but love hosting friends over for wine, games and Netflix.

On parle français et on adore partager des bons moments avec des nouvelles personnes, et les faire découvrir la ville/le quartier.

The Place:

The room that is available is located on the second floor of our duplex in a Victorian Leslieville home. The room comes with a wardrobe, but besides that, it is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped (living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen). The only thing you would need to bring is your bed, dresser, etc.

We are in love with our apartment! It is very spacious (about 1300 square feet or 130m2) and newly renovated. It has ample storage, washer/dryer in-unit, a dishwasher, and an awesome rooftop patio with a BBQ for when the good weather comes back around.

The location can't be beat: we are in the heart of Leslieville and a short walk away from all amenities: Gerard Square is 2 minutes away (No Frills, Food Basics, WalMart, Winners, etc.) and we are minutes away from amazing bars and restaurants on Queen East.

We are next to both the Queen and College streetcars, and a 15 minute walk (or a 5 minute bus ride) from Pape Station.

You:

You are a working professional or a mature student that is personable and outgoing, but also clean and responsible. Our landlord lives directly below us, so we are looking for someone who is considerate of that.

International people welcome as both of us have lived and travelled abroad extensively.
