My brother will be out of the county from June 2016 through July 2017 and I'm looking for someone to rent his room in our multi-bedroom apartment. Currently, two girls are living in the apartment and we are looking for someone fun and down to earth! See below for details!

Where: St Johns Pl and New York Ave in Brooklyn, NY.
Available for Move-in: June 1
Rent: $1,000/month
Utilities: approx $48/month
Deposit: First rent and last month’s rent. (I won’t cash the deposit and will return the check to you when you leave. Assuming you didn't burn my apartment to the ground)

About the Apartment:
- 3rd Floor apartment in a multi-family building (I’ve lived here 2 years)
- King size room and has its own entrance (please note the room connected is a railroad room)
- Fully Furnished (I can move some stuff out if needed, let's talk)
- Queen Sized Bed (Can be put in storage if you want to bring your own)
- Air conditioner in bedroom
- Wireless internet
- TV (sorry, no cable but the tv has HDMI inputs for consoles/ dvd players)
- Bathroom & Shower large enough to comfortably fit a 6’1 person
- Off Nostrand Avenue and a few avenues away from the bustling Franklin Avenue
- Laundromat/Drycleaner fewer than 5 min walk
- Pretty good street parking if you own a car
- Cat friendly but no dogs
