Room available in beautiful home in Mt Pleasant
We are looking for a roommate to fill the third bedroom in out 3br/2ba flat in Mount Pleasant. The suite is spacious and light, with a small patio overlooking the park. The kitchen was newly furnished (with new appliances) when we moved in and the (in-suite) washer/dryer are new within the last few months. The location is great, near both Cambie and Main, as well as Broadway Station, the b-line and other bus routes. Also super close to the best coffee in town at Milanos, 33 Acres for some delicious beers, and the Mt Pleasant Community Centre so you can work them off! The room available is unfurnished. We are two working professional women in their mid/late twenties. Both clean and quiet, easygoing, not big partiers but do like to go out from time to time. We are both active and enjoy being outside and exploring the city. We are looking for someone to share our great space with, and it would be great if you have a similar lifestyle and hobbies.
If you are interested get back to us with a little bit about you. Rent is 800 a month utilities not included.

I'm Candice, 34 (but everyone is giving me 27/28 and in my head I'm 10 ^^) I'm french (live in Paris) and I'm about to move to Vancouver with a 2 year working visa, hoping to make some friends and find a nice job (i'll have to develop my english vocabulary first but motivation motivation ! lol)
