We have a cute room available in our 3BR apartment in Clinton Hill/Bedstuy starting January 1st. It's a 3 month sublet with a good possibility for long term. The room comes with a queen size bed/mattress if wanted. You will share bathroom and a separate walk in closet for personal storage with 1 other person.

The apartment is located one block away from the G Bedstuy-Nostrand stop in a cozy neighborhood full of bars, cafes and restaurants. We have Chilos, C'mon Everybody, Bedford Hill and One Last Shag right around the corner! Very close to PRATT Institute and walking distance to the A Train that runs express straight to Manhattan.

You will share apartment with two guys in their 30s, one Italian one half Italian half French, both working in music. We have a cat so unfortunately we cannot take additional pets.

The rent is $825 excluding utilities. One month deposit ($825) required. No lease, this is 3 months sublet with a good possibility for a long term agreement.
