Room Avail. Now or March 1st - close to metro - furnished (optional)

Hello!

I am a female environmental science student with a room for rent in my 4.5 near UdeM. I'm looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, relatively quiet and responsible.

The room is big, clean, has a large window and is located on the opposite end of the apartment from my room. Unfortunately there is no closet but the room comes with a set of drawers as well as a queen size bed. If you have your own furniture then these can be removed.

The rent for the room is $447/month plus your share of the utilities which are:
hydro: $11.45/month
gaz: about $20 every 2 months
internet: $25.24/month

The apartment is located on the ground floor and includes heat and hot water. There is laundry in the building as well as storage units. Located within a block is a 24-hour grocery store, 24-hour Pharmaprix, 24-hour outdoor fruit/veggie market in the summer, SAQ, several restaurants, banks and more cafes/bakeries than you know what to do with.

The area also has several transit options:
- Côte-des-Neiges metro is one block away
- Bus 51 that goes to either NDG/Loyola Concordia campus or Mile-End/Plateau/Laurier metro
- Bus 165/435 which goes downtown to the Guy-Concordia metro

References from past roommates/landlords would be appreciated but are not necessary.
