Renovated 1BR Sublet in Little Italy

Hello,
My roommate is moving out at the end of the month and thus am seeking to join me in my 2BR apartment from May until June 30. It is in a beautiful location between Bloor and Harbord on Euclid Ave. 775$ plus WIFI and Hydro which comes out usually to 805$/Month. The room is large with a window and walk in closet and comes unfurnished. The rest of the house I furnished already.
The apartment features a living area, large fully equipped kitchen and 1 standard washroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian House. We have in suite laundry, garage bike park and a step out balcony.
Seeking a respectful and clean person. The building is low volume after 11 pm. 420 friendly. Minimal pets due to size, noise.
The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful. Across the street is a tennis court and track as well as surrounded by many shops, clubs, bars, Koreatown etc. 5 min walk TTC Cristi or Bathurst.
About me. A 24 year old Swiss dude who is easygoing and friendly. I work fulltime for the University of Toronto. Love to produce, play, jam, dj, all the musical things. (I usually wear headphones so don't worry about any noise.) I am a well versed roommate having lived on university residence for 4 years with roommates.
