RECHERCHE COLOCATAIRE DANS GRAND 7 1/2

Salut, je recherche qqun pour prendre ma chambre a partir de debut janvier jusqu'a juin/juillet (dates flexibles).
C'est une grande chambre dans un 7 1/2 au pied du parc saint louis.

Il y a 4 chambres, une cuisine, un salon, 2 salle de bain (une dans la chambre d'un colloc) et 2 balcons.
L'appartement est equipé d'une machine a lavé, seche linge, lave vaisselle, innternet, tv, ps3... Tres bien isolé l'hiver.
Vous partagerez l'appart avec 3 gars super cool; 2 etudiants (1 a concordia et 1 a UQAM) et un qui travaille dans une boulangerie. Ils ont entre 22 et 24 ans. Ils sont actifs, serieux, amiables et aiment bien sortir le WE et manger ensemble la semaine... Pas difficile a vivre.
L'appartement est situé sur saint denis / sherbrooke. A 30 metres du metro, 7min de marche de l'UQAM, et bcp de bars, resto, magasins etc a proximité.

Le prix est de 550$/mois + charges (internet et électricité) 40$.

Hi, i'm looking for someone to take my room starting 23rd of December (Dates are flexible).
It's a big room all furnished in a 7 1/2 appartment. The room has three windows with a nice vew on the park "saint louis".
There are four bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room, 2 bathrooms (but one is in a roomate's bedroom) and two balcoonies.
The appartment also includes a T.V, a sound system, a PS3, a washer, a dryer and a dishwasher.
You will be sharing the appartment with 3 guys. Two students; one at Concordia and one at UQAM, and the third one works in a bakery (and brings you fresh bred every morning!). they're all around 22-24 years old.
They're very active, serious, open minded, and funny. They like to go out on the week ends, and have diner together during the week.
The appartment is located on saint denis, there are a lot of bars, shops and restaurants near by. Park Lafontaine is at two blocks.
The metro "Sherbrooke" is at 30 meters (which is very nice the winter!). And UQAM is at 7 minutes walking.
The price is 550$/month plus 40$ (maximum) for electricity and internet.

me concernant jai 24 ans et je suis étudiant en administration marketing a l'UQAM je suis quelqu'un de sociable j'aime faire la fête entre amis, faire des repas a plusieurs et je suis passionnner par la danse.
