Salut ! Je m'appelle Naomi, j'ai 20 ans et je suis étudiante en cinéma à l'UdeM (Ah et je suis française).
Je recherche 1 colocataire à partir du 1er août dans un 4 1/2 dans le quartier Côte des neiges, proche de l'Université de Montréal.
1er étage dans l'immeuble du 4720 avenue St-Kevin. 20min à pied de l'UdeM, 4min du métro Côte st-catherine et 10min du métro Côte des neiges. Dépanneurs, épicerie, restos asiatiques, pharmacie, boulangerie à côté.
- 525 $ chacun, tout compris (eau, chauffage, électricité)
- tout meublé
- laveuse et sécheuse au rez de chaussée
Je recherche 1 colocataire surtout SOCIABLE et puis propre. Pas de fumeur quotidien, j'accepte tous les animaux sauf chiens. C'est tout :). Je peux faire visiter l'appartement ou montrer par skype.
