Really nice room in furnished apartment

Looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in the village. Rent is $1600 a month which includes all facilities. The apartment is at Thompson and Bleecker street.

The whole apartment is furnished and there is one bedroom aside from the one I am renting out. Besides that there is a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The whole apartment is newly renovated in prime location. The roommate you would be living with is me. I am in my late twenties currently studying my graduate degree in NYC.

I am looking for a VERY neat and clean roommate (since I am borderline OCD) so please do not respond to this add if you are a messy person. I am not looking for someone who cleans all the time, but a respectful neat person who likes to keep the place as it is seen in the pictures. Since the apt is not very big I am also looking for someone who is not home a lot and respects the common areas. Also someone who is not planning on bringing a lot of furniture since it is already full furnished..

I am flexible with the move out date, but I do need to find someone for February 1st the latest, possibly earlier.
