Quite small room available in the heart of Greenpoint BK

Month to month sublet in prime location!! The room is small, With a big window, quiet, a closet, a mirror and a full size bed.
The apartment is pretty big and offers a lot of privacy for everyone since the rooms are literally on the other side of the apartment.
We have a cute little living room, the kitchen is all furnished and we share one Bathroom.
We are looking for someone with a full time job, that does NOT work from home and spend his spare time out and about. If you are in your late 20s, you are active and creative, friendly but independent, busy but happy, you might be the right person. We are two very easy persons to live with, this house is a drama free land, clean and filled with a nice energy, and it is important for us to keep it that way :) In other words, we do not want to bring in a lazy bird hanging out on the couch all day long.
We go out but don't bring the party home
