Quiet room, Super location

Beautiful 6 1/2 in the Mile-End, 3rd floor, on the sunny side of Parc Ave near Bernard. Everything is walking distance. The location doesn't get better than this!

I'm looking for one roommate to share the whole apartment. There is plenty of space between the two bedrooms (good privacy), washer/dryer, high speed Internet + ample storage. Everything included, I'm asking $600.

If you have a car, there's a parking space for you in the alley. If you have a cat, you're more than welcome! I might actually adopt a cat in the upcoming weeks. Born and raised in Montréal, I leave quite often on assignments around the world.

Super 6 1/2 pour deux dans le Mile-End, au 3e étage, sur Parc près de Bernard. L'emplacement est idéal; tout se fait à pied.

Je cherche un/une coloc pour tout l'apart. Beaucoup d'intimité : les deux chambres sont espacées. Laveuse/sécheuse, Internet haute vitesse et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Dans les photos, vous verrez que la chambre à louer est bien spacieuse. Tout inclus : je demande 600 $.

Si t'as une voiture, tant mieux : il y a un stationnement dans la ruelle pour toi. Si t'as un chat, il est très bienvenu ! Sinon, je vais peut-être adopter un chat dans les semaines à venir. Je vis depuis toujours à Montréal et quitte souvent le pays pour travailler en photo/documentaire.
