2 bedroom condo to share short term with a female (preferably) student. This is ideal for a student doing placements or co-ops in Toronto. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, The Distillery District, skating rinks, swimming pools, and about a 25-minute walk to downtown. Located on a 24hour streetcar line. First and last is required plus $100 deposit for keys and fob, to be returned at the end of your stay. Its partially furnished b/c there's no desk & chair in the room, but a double bed with pillows sheets and blankets, fair size closet, night table, lamp, and dresser. Full use of everything in the kitchen(pots, pans, plates, cutlery ...I am a chef I have most gadgets), the TV has minimal cable. There is a small workout area in the penthouse, along with a rooftop patio(closed for winter). I can show the unit from the 26th of December on.
