Puppy looking for a housemate in the beautiful and prestigious Dolores Park / Liberty Hill neighborhood. Most be potty trained and love to play. Being human is a huge plus. Must also get along with cats as we have one cute kitty in the house. Rest of the details below.

SUMMARY
Room in beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Live with a fun, easygoing, friendly couple and an indoor/outdoor cat, and a puppy. Can be furnished if needed.

HOUSE DETAILS
-We're right on 20th Street, between Dolores Street and Guerrero Street, half a block from Dolores Park.
-The room is in the quiet back of the house so it's pretty quiet (you'll sleep well!)
-Unlike many shares, we have a large, spacious living room, and your bedroom is NOT the living room :-)
-Kitchen amenities: gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Vitamix, La Spaziale espresso machine, Sodastream, copper pots, sous vide machine, etc. We love to cook, so have pretty much any gadget/appliance you've need.
-Spacious living room with nice furniture for chilling out and having a few friends over
-Hardwood floors
-Huge backyard with places to sit and BBQ, etc.
-Free laundry in building
-Tons of street parking, usually on the same block

TRANSIT
-Close to tech shuttles (Google, etc)
-Close to Mission Street and Valencia - tons of restaurants, bars, music venues
-Great access to public transportation - J Muni line, 33 bus, walking distance to 16th & Mission Bart.

ABOUT US
We're a couple looking for a housemate to share our 2 bedroom home. We also have a cute indoor/outdoor cat and a sweet and quiet Cockapoo puppy (hypoallergenic, does not shed). Both cat and puppy will be going into our huge backyard so not home all the time.

The ideal house-mate is easygoing, friendly, tidy, considerate and enjoys light socializing (although hanging out not required). We like to throw dinner parties 1-2 times/month, and would love to have someone who enjoys eating and socializing sometimes. We both are in people-oriented roles at work, so love connecting with people all of types in general, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

We also have 2 pets, so we're looking for a pet lover, someone who doesn't mind being greeted at the door by a kitty or puppy that's happy to see you!

RENTAL INFO
-Available now, looking for at latest June 1 move-in
-One year lease: $2000/month plus utilities (gas/electric, garbage, water, internet, cleaning)
-Move-in costs: first month's rent, last month's rent and $2000 security deposit = $6000
-Common areas and room comes furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, and armoire.
