It’s approximately a 15-minute walk to downtown. Ideal for students or full-time workers.

The rental includes everything: all furniture and utilities, internet, condo fees, gas, insurance, heating and eletricity bills. There are also washing and drying machines in the apartment. Just arrive with your suitcase and settle into your new bedroom.

I’m a very calm and helpful person who works away from home and values mutual respect, empathy, organization, commitments and hygiene.
