My roommate and I have a gorgeous 4-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side and we're looking for someone to take over one of the rooms before we renew the lease. (Sorry, no short-term stays! We need someone who could commit for one or two years).
The apartment is bright, sunny and incredibly spacious. It's just a few minutes from the Central Park Reservoir and a two-minute walk from the 6 train on 96h Street and Lex (it's super convenient if you're working in Midtown or East Village). Price is ~$1100-1200 (utilities included). Move in would be sometime in early/mid-August.
