Hello!

I'm moving to Stuy town from Queens and my roommate and I have an extra room in the apartment. The move in date is Dec 1st but I would like to meet the roommate and sign a lease or sublease before Nov. 19th as I'm traveling for work/thanksgiving from Nov 20th - Dec 1st. I am looking for someone who can make a year commitment if possible.

The Apartment:
- This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment located in Stuy Town on 20th and 1st
- There will only be 3 people living in the apartment. My roommate and I are taking the master bedroom (bedroom 1 in the floor-plan) and you have the second bedroom (bedroom 2 in the floor-plan) all to yourself
- There is a Living room, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), an additional common area and an additional common closet
- The building is a well maintained apartment building with smart laundry in the basement and a free bike storage rack.
- The community is mainly made of NYU students and other professionals in the city and you are steps away from Union Square

The Room:
- It is unfurnished and it's of a good size (12'0" x 10'4') that fits a queen bed, a night stand as well as a dresser. I don't have any furniture yet so you can bring anything you like.

Rent:
- $1525 which includes all utilities except for internet which we will split. Currently there is no application or broker fee with immediate move in (this is subject to change and it is not under my control but the broker fees is usually handled by the management).

About us:
- We are 22-23 year old females who works in Financial Services in Manhattan. I'm back in New York after graduating and had a wonderful summer last year in the city so I am no stranger here! We're friendly, easy going, clean and like to have roommates that are the same. We love going out and about in the city and unwinding over the weekends. We love trying out new cuisines and anything food related to be honest :) We love spontaneous adventures. binge watching Netflix, travel when we can and I enjoy a little photography as well. So let's talk!

Who I am looking for:
- You have a full time job and are responsible. You are friendly, clean, drama free and respectful of your roommates. I've never had issues with roommates and have always ended up being good friends with them so hopefully it will be the same here too! Other than that, let's get talking!

I plan on finding the right person and avoiding scammers, so I will want to meet you first and we can tour the apartment to see if it would be a good fit!
