I'm opening the other room in this sunny, spacious, furnished penthouse.

It's walking distance to downtown and CalTrain. It's tucked away in a safe neighborhood and it's filled with furniture & art that's here to stay.

The room on the ground floor is available. It has its own private floor, which includes a patio, reading room and bedroom with lots of storage.
