Private bedroom available in Mid City

I have a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. My current roommate is moving back home at the end of our lease and I need to find a calm and responsible person to take over. I work full time for an animal welfare organization and also have a side gig in the afternoons, I'm typically gone 10-12 hours a day/5 days a week. I'm looking for someone who loves animals, and if you're a cat person even better! The apartment is very spacious, with ample storage space. We've been living here for a year and it was newly renovated when we moved in.
• Internet, gas, and electricity is paid separately.
• There is a parking spot in the building which can be shared evenly throughout the week, we also get permit street parking ($10 every 3 months) and there's never been an issue finding spots.
• Laundry room in the building.
• No cats or dogs please. There's two cats here already, plus I foster kittens pretty regularly. It would be too much to integrate additional cats. Dogs aren't allowed per the lease. Small animal (rats, hamsters, turtles, snakes, etc.) which can be safely contained in the bedroom are ok.
• One month deposit required at move in.
