Prime apartment in Williamsburg!

Hi, everyone!

I'm looking for someone to sublet my half of my apartment. I will be studying abroad this upcoming semester, so I am looking for someone to temporarily live in my half of the humble abode(: I have a roommate, who is the sweetest Spanish girl you'll ever meet, very relaxed and easy-going (Cristina Cabada, speaks English/Spanglish fluently for those concerned lol)! The sublet would consist of my 1 bedroom in the 2bed 1.5 bath apartment as well as the rest of the apartment amenities.

It is in prime Willy world and is newly renovated, so all appliances are stainless steel! They run on gas like many NYC apartments do. The bathroom has a heat vent as well, which is super nice for chilly mornings c: We have heat and a central AC, controlled by the landlord. The temp is always at a comfy spot, and if not up to your liking, we do have a fan in the living room as well as massive windows in the bedroom that can be opened from both the top and the bottom. My room comes furnished with a full-sized bed, a desk, a desk extension, and a bookshelf, and still with plenty of room to do cartwheels! The closet is a great size! Very tall, with storage space above and two hanging racks inside. We have a smart TV in the living room set up with Cable and Netflix/other smart TV applications for your liking (we also have WIFI, of course)! My roommate and I also enjoy mood lighting for R&R nights, so we have light decor, which all of the above can be seen in the pictures below!
Both my roommate and I are 21 years young and counting! We attend school at Parsons The New School for Design. So being designers, we're always doing creative things. Our neighbors are all more or less around our age in the entire building. There are (I believe) 4/5 floors in the apartment building, which all consist of 2 apartments on each floor, a Left (L) and a right (R). Many of us in the building, my roommate and I included, enjoy listening to music on our speakers on most days. So we're looking for a young individual who would feel comfortable in a youthful, up-and-coming area that shares similar interests!

We are 2 blocks away from the Bedford L stop, and also just 2 blocks away from the Lorimer L (depending on which you prefer), we're halfway between both. We are, more or less, a 5 block walk from the beautiful Williamsburg Waterfront (which hosts some of the most gorgeous sunsets and picture spots) My building is unfortunately NOT pet-friendly but the area of Williamsburg is, which means, on average, you'll spot 3.67 French bulldogs per walk. There are several grocery stores located within a few blocks from the apartment, as well as a plethora of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, stores, movie theaters, bars, and clubs all within a 5-6 block radius.
