1 bedroom available in 2 story apartment in the Presidio. Key perks include on site laundry, a dishwasher, a large living room, a backyard, and a beautiful location in the woods of San Francisco! The room is large enough to fit a queen size bed, dresser, and bedside table and comes with built in closet. There is plenty of sunlight and space for storage.

The apartment is located close to the Lombard gate (less than a 10 minute walk). Nearby buses include the 43, 45, 28 as well as the Presidigo free shuttle that goes straight to downtown. There are tons of hiking and biking trails nearby.

Rent is $1290 a month plus $800 security deposit. Utilities run about $80-$100 a month and include water, refuse, gas, electric, laundry, cable, and internet.

A bit about us: We are two 25 year old girls, working full time (one doing grad school too). One went to school at UCSB and one at Whitman College and now we're rocking environmental jobs in the Bay. We are easy going people and always moving around. We like a great adventures outdoors and cracking jokes together. We're big fans of family dinners too :)

A bit about you: You are laid back, can keep the public spaces clean, and have a good sense of humor! Bottom line - you're chill, but can adult too. Sidenote, you do not have have a significant other staying over 6+ nights/week or a pet.
