In a huge Plateau apartment, a large bedroom is available as of March 1st.

The apartment is located only a few steps from Mont-Royal or Laurier metro stations. Very accessible from the universities and downtown. It’s a vibrant and lively neighbourhood.

The room has a double bed, a big dresser, desk and night stand.

All costs included (heat, hot water, electricity, unlimited wifi, regular cleaning / maintenance). Bedding and accessoires as well.

The other roommates are international students, here since the fall.

The apt has an airy living space with a big table that seats 6, an interior balcony and bar stools to sit at the counter, plus a living room area with couches. There is a laundry and storage area after the kitchen.

Dans un immense appartement sur le Plateau est disponible une belle chambre, meublée & toutes charges incluses. On est situés à quelques minutes des stations de métro Mont-Royal et Laurier sur le Plateau. Très facile d'accès des universités et du centre-ville. Quartier qui vibre d'activités et de vie.

La chambre a une grande fenêtre, un lit double, une grande armoire de rangement et un bureau de travail ainsi qu'une table de chevet.

Les autres colocs sont des étudiants étrangers inscrits depuis l'automne.

Toutes les charges comprises dont wifi sans limite, électricité, chauffage, eau chaude, entretien régulier. La literie et les accessoires sont fournis.

L'appart est très grand, la chambre est à l'arrière, donc très calme. Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger constituent une grande pièce avec un balcon atenant avec un grand imprimé Van Gogh (Cafe Terrace at Night). La cuisine est toute équipée et il y a des espaces pour s'asseoir autour du comptoir. Il y a un espace buanderie/rangement à l'arrière.
