I am finishing my master degree in HEC Montréal and i am looking for a new roommate to join the apartment from January (even december if needed) until July or August. The apartement is furnished and is located 2530 Avenue Vanhorne, exactly 2 minutes to a commercial mall with everything you need at hand, and 10 minutes walking from HEC and UdeM. The bus 165 stops right at the bottom of the building and takes you down town in 15 minutes. The rent is 960 total, 460 for the small bedroom 500 for the big one.
