Outgoing, fun & kind me looking for a roommate!

I have a 1 one bedroom apartment in a lovley Victorian house in Haight & Ashbury (meaning a living room & a bedroom) plus an eat in kitchen. Wooden floors, the landlord is amazing, neighbors as well. I've lived here with my husband for ca 4,5 years but we're getting a divorce now so I need someone to move in since I'm a student at the moment.
The apartment is 650ft2 (60m2) with a new bathroom & a tub.
There is a washer & a dryer in the basement as well as storage possibilities (will cost extra though).
One person could sleep in the bedroom & one in the living room. I'm fine with sleeping in the livingroom to start with. Would be fair to switch after a while perhaps!
Only problem is that the apartment have sliding doors that goes to the living room. But I'm sure it could work out if we just want it to.
I also have a cat named Lovis, she's a 2 year old Norweigan forest cat, friendly & a very social little girl.

I'm looking for someone that likes music, art, dancing, nature, yoga & that has a big heart & a sense for humor.
We have to be able to be friends if we're living together.
Parties are ok to have but I think it's important that we ask each other when we want to have friends over.
I would like to start with 3 months to see how it feels as the apartment isn't super big. I hope that makes sense!
