Looking for a roommate to fill up a final spot!

We have a 3-Bedroom apartment in the Mission and we're looking for one more roommate! The apartment is cozy, with a large courtyard, a place to park bikes, and a large storage unit.
The room is a shared room in the biggest room in the house! The room comes with an attached bathroom and closet space.

Who are we ///// We are a pretty chill set of friends in our early 20s who used to live in a co-op together! While we love having a good time, we also really respect one-another. We take turns taking care of the house. Most of us like watching TV and movies together, enjoying a good happy hour, cooking, hanging out and going out!

Location ///// Our home is located less than a 10 minute walk away from the 16th street BART station. It's incredibly close to the MUNI as with lines running down Market and up Van Ness! We're also a 10 minute walk away from Dolores Park!

Amenities ///// We have a sweet TV, Chromecast, Xbox and HDMI cable already set up. The house is already furnished with two couches, a center table, kitchen utensils/equipment (Includes microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, and lots of cabinet space), washer and dryer. We also have a sweet BBQ set up, patio table and chairs.

There is also a central storage unit as part of the house. You can put in larger items that you'd like to store in there. We have a great courtyard fit for having friend's over and just having a good time. We also already have a running system to pay for PG&E and Internet, so neither of those things need to be set up from scratch. :)

Rent ///// Initial Security Deposit. then monthly rent $1050 + Internet & Utilities
