I am submitting an application for a huge two bedroom apartment on W 51st between 8th & 9th Avenue in Manhattan. The apartment is on the ground floor. The rent includes heat and water. Gas and electricity is to be paid by the tenants. There is a one month broker fee. There is laundry in the building. The apartment is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to 42nd, 49th and 50th street subway stations. The apartment is being fully renovated. The pictures do not show the renovated apartment since its still in process. Huge living room, lots of closets.
