One bedroom Hell's Kitchen, view sur l'Empire State bulding
Cherche un ou une roommate (couple accepté) pour prendre une chambre dans un appartement à Hell's Kitchen. L'immeuble possède une salle de sport et une landry.
Le premier roommate à la trentaine, la deuxième chambre est occupée par ma copine qui à 28 ans, moi même 30 ans. Nous cherchons pour la troisième chambre une personne qui travaille pour prendre le lease pour 1 an à partir de novembre(possibilité de s'arranger).
La chambre est assez grande avec placard, idéalement situé à 10mn à pied de Times Square et de Central Park.Plusieurs lignes de métro a proximité qui desserve l'ensemble de Manhattan.
L'appartement est spacieux avec un grand living-room, 1,5 salle de bain et un balcon qui donne sur une très belle vue de Midtown et l'empire state building.
Le prix est de $1760 et comprend les utilities (eau, gaz, électricité et internet), plus broker fee

In English. We are looking for a roommate for a room in Hell's kitchen.
The building has fitness club, laundry, doorman and concierge.
The first roommate is a french guy is 30s, the second room is lived by my girlfriend french 28 years old, me 30 years old and in december by our dog.
We are looking for a third roommate who works to take the lease for 1 year to begin in november.
The room is spacious with a closet, situated at 10 mn to walk of Times Square and Central Park.
The apartment is very pleasant, spacious with a pleaseant living, 1,5 bathroom and a blacony who has a beautiful view on Midtown.
The bulding has a perfect situation with subway near, it has fitness club and a laundry.
