No Fee Luxury Apartment Looking for the Third Roommate (Midtown West)

Hi,

We are 2 female professionals in our mid-twenties who work in finance and tech. Our work schedules range from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Unfortunately, our third roommate is moving back to Paris at the end of November so we are looking for a 3rd roommate beginning December 1st.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom flex with 2 bathrooms. We are renting out one of the real bedrooms and you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other roommate. The room is totally furnished with bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, desk, chair, and coat hangers. The living area of the apartment is fully furnished with a couch, bar stools, TV, and full stocked kitchen.

The building is a luxury building is location in hell's kitchen with a doorman, gym (with basketball court), lounge area, courtyard, laundry, free breakfast and elevator. It is located near a ton of grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and bars. The subway (ACE/NQR/123) are about an 8 min walk from the apartment and we are walking distance from the Hudson river.

First month's rent of $1,700 and security deposit (one month) are required. Utilities not included (less than $100 per month). Also it's a a one month sublease with possibility to sign a new one year lease starting January 1st.
